My love for cooking began in the quiet countryside of Vermont, where I grew up surrounded by family meals, laughter, and the aroma of freshly baked bread. I learned early that food wasn’t just about feeding people — it was about making them feel cared for. That idea has shaped every recipe I’ve ever written.

After years of balancing a busy life and a growing passion for home cooking, I created Plates Cozy as a space for anyone who craves warmth, simplicity, and flavor in their kitchen. I wanted to show that cozy meals can be both nourishing and effortless.
