- 1 pound sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Rinse and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1/2 inch pieces, ensuring they are all about the same size for even cooking.
- Transfer the sweet potatoes to a bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat them evenly with the oil and seasonings.
- Add the seasoned sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until fork tender, shaking the basket halfway through. Serve hot and enjoy!
