Description
A delicious baked feta pasta dish with grape tomatoes and basil.
Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
- 1 (8 oz) brick of feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add tomatoes to a baking dish and pat dry.
- Place feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over the top.
- Drizzle 2 more tablespoons of olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and cheese softens.
- Stir the cheese and tomatoes until combined.
- Add chopped basil and mix until cohesive.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and toss well.
- Serve hot, garnishing with extra basil if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using heirloom tomatoes.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
