Description

Delicious Buffalo Chicken Slider Buns that are perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Topping: In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese with ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking dish. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken layer. Place the tops of the buns back over the cheese.
  4. Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and paprika. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  5. Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  6. Add Topping: Remove from oven and drizzle the cream cheese and ranch mixture over the top.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of green onions or chives before serving.
  • If you like a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
  • These sliders pair well with a side of celery sticks or carrot sticks for a refreshing crunch.
  • To make cleanup easier, line your baking dish with parchment paper.
