- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Topping: In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese with ranch dressing until smooth.
- Assemble Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking dish. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken layer. Place the tops of the buns back over the cheese.
- Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and paprika. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
- Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
