  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Make the Pudding: In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until thickened and smooth.
  2. Blend Cream Cheese: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese, mixing until well-combined.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese and pudding mixture until evenly distributed.
  4. Assemble the Layers: In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  5. Add Chocolate Frosting: Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers. You may need to warm the frosting slightly for easier spreading.
  6. Chill: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Overnight is ideal for a firmer texture and better flavor melding.
