  • 68 Kinder Bueno bars
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • Extra Kinder Bueno for topping
  • 50g milk chocolate, melted (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Crush the graham crackers or digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
    • Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) square baking dish.
    • Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
    • Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
    • Melt the white chocolate and allow it to cool slightly before adding it into the cream cheese mixture.
    • Beat in the heavy cream until the mixture is well combined and fluffy.
    • Stir in the dissolved gelatin to stabilize the mixture.
    • Chop 6-8 Kinder Bueno bars and fold them into the mixture.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake:
    • Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled biscuit base, smoothing the top with a spatula.
    • Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the white cheesecake layer, and use a skewer or toothpick to create a swirl pattern.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Decorate and Serve:
    • Before serving, slice into squares and top each piece with a swirl of whipped cream if desired and a piece of Kinder Bueno.
