A fresh and delicious salad with pepperoni and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup English Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
- 1/2 cup Black Olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers (red and yellow), diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup Pizza Dressing (olive oil, vinegar, Italian herbs, garlic powder)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoni slices, black olives, and bell peppers.
- Gently fold in torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle with pizza dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Notes
- Chilling the salad enhances the flavors.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to your preference.
