Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Prepare the Bread: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Spread the butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches: Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices. Layer with crispy bacon. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of the bacon. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
