Description

Delicious and easy Fried S’mores Bombs perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for easier melting)
  • 2 bars chocolate bars (can use milk, dark, or flavored chocolate)
  • 1 package Pillsbury Pie Crust or Puff Pastry (or refrigerated crescent dough)
  • enough oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil recommended)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the Pillsbury pie crust or puff pastry on a clean surface. Cut the dough into 4×4-inch squares.
  2. Place a chocolate square and a marshmallow in the center of each dough square. Pinch and seal the edges tightly.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat to 350°F.
  4. Carefully place filled dough squares into the hot oil, frying each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the Fried S’mores Bombs from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm alongside fresh berries.

Notes

  • Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
  • You can customize fillings with different types of chocolate or add peanut butter for extra flavor.
