Instructions
- Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under running water and set them aside.
- Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces for easy blending.
- If using spinach, rinse it under water and remove any tough stems.
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, spinach (if using), protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
- If you like your smoothie chilled, add a few ice cubes and blend again until combined.
