Description

Delicious naan pizzas topped with cheese, chicken, ground beef, and vegetables, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 large naan bread (or 4 small ones)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced)
  • ½ small red onion (sliced)
  • 1 Jalapeño (sliced)
  • ¾ cup cooked chicken (cubed)
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Place the naan bread on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface, leaving about a 1cm border around the edges for the crust.
  3. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your chosen toppings. Finish with a little extra cheese on top for the best melty result.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F/190°C for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Assemble the naan pizza as instructed, then place it in the air fryer basket (cook one at a time if needed).
  7. Air fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly crisp. Keep an eye on it towards the end, as air fryers vary and the pizza cooks quickly.
  8. Carefully remove, slice, and serve immediately.
