Delicious naan pizzas topped with cheese, chicken, ground beef, and vegetables, baked to perfection.

- 2 large naan bread (or 4 small ones)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced)
- ½ small red onion (sliced)
- 1 Jalapeño (sliced)
- ¾ cup cooked chicken (cubed)
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
- Place the naan bread on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface, leaving about a 1cm border around the edges for the crust.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your chosen toppings. Finish with a little extra cheese on top for the best melty result.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F/190°C for 2–3 minutes.
- Assemble the naan pizza as instructed, then place it in the air fryer basket (cook one at a time if needed).
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly crisp. Keep an eye on it towards the end, as air fryers vary and the pizza cooks quickly.
- Carefully remove, slice, and serve immediately.
