- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs until light and frothy.
- Stir in milk, cream, and melted butter.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg or paprika. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the corn and mix until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
