Description

Simple and delicious energy bites made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 Cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, and protein powder to a large bowl. Mix with a fork until everything is combined.
  2. Gently mix in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  4. Serve immediately, or place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid. Then transfer to a freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months.
