- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Filling:
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the strawberry puree until well combined.
- Prepare the Chocolate Coating:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries for a burst of flavor and color.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Lay out the strawberry-flavored roll-up sheets on a flat surface.
- Spread an even layer of the strawberry cream mixture over each roll-up sheet, leaving a slight border around the edges.
- Carefully roll each sheet into a tight cylinder.
- Coat the Rolls:
- Dip each roll into the melted white chocolate mixture, ensuring it’s completely coated.
- Place the coated rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate coating is set.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some finely chopped nuts over the chocolate-coated rolls before they set.
- If you prefer a less sweet option, adjust the amount of powdered sugar in the cream filling to taste.
- These rolls can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
