Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

  4. Prepare the Ocean Topping: Whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Add a few drops of blue gel food coloring, gently swirling to create an ocean effect. Spread the whipped cream topping over the chilled cheesecake.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with white chocolate shards to resemble ocean waves. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt for a hint of sea flavor. Serve chilled.
