Description

This quick and easy mug cake is made with peanut butter, sugar, and egg, perfect for a sweet treat in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  2. Transfer your mug cake batter into a greased microwave-safe ramekin or cereal bowl (at least 6 inches wide).
  3. Microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. If it still isn’t done, microwave in 10-second increments.
  4. Remove from the microwave and let sit for a minute before eating.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  6. Grease an oven-safe ramekin (6-8 inches) with oil.
  7. Make the batter before transferring to the ramekin.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
