Delightful cheese balls shaped like snowmen, perfect for holiday gatherings!
Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 baby carrot
- 6 whole peppercorns
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, use a spatula to spread the cream cheese around to soften.
- Add the shredded cheese, chives, oregano, and garlic powder, and fold all of the ingredients together until everything is well incorporated.
- Take about 1/3 of the mixture and form it into a ball for the snowman’s head.
- Take the remaining 2/3 to make the snowman’s body.
- Wrap these in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, add the parmesan cheese to a plate, and roll the cheese balls in the parmesan cheese until they are completely coated.
- Place the smaller ball on top of the larger one, and decorate the snowman by cutting the tip off of a baby carrot for the nose and making his eyes and buttons from the whole peppercorns.
Notes
- Chill the cheese balls for at least 4 hours for the best results.
- Feel free to use different spices or herbs for variation.
