Delicious strawberry brownie kabobs are an easy and fun treat!
Ingredients
- 16 brownie squares (store-bought or homemade)
- 16 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- Wooden skewers (about 6–8 inches)

Prep the strawberries
Rinse and hull the strawberries. Pat them dry with a paper towel to prevent any slipping when you’re assembling the kabobs. Dry strawberries also help the chocolate stick better later.

Cut the brownies
If you’re using homemade brownies, slice them into roughly 1-inch cubes. Avoid the very edges unless they’re soft enough to skewer.

Assemble the kabobs
Take a skewer and gently thread on a brownie square, followed by a marshmallow, then a strawberry. Repeat this pattern one more time on the same skewer. You should end up with two of each ingredient per skewer.

Drizzle with chocolate
Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth. Once melted, use a spoon or small piping bag to drizzle the chocolate over the kabobs. Let them rest on wax paper until the chocolate sets.

Chill or serve immediately
If making ahead of time, place the kabobs in the fridge to keep everything fresh and the chocolate firm.
