- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg (large)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Prepare the meat sauce by sautéing onion and garlic, browning meat, and simmering with tomatoes.
- Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and seasoning for the cheese layer.
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente.
- Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
- Bake covered, then uncovered until bubbly and golden.
- Rest before slicing and serving.
