Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 8 oz fresh button or cremini mushrooms, finely chopped
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
- Spread remaining butter on each bun half and toast them on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble your burger with patties and sautéed mushrooms on toasted buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite condiments or toppings.
