Description

Delicious and nutritious cottage cheese pancakes made with oats and eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat a hot skillet or pan over medium heat. Once hot, add some oil.
  3. Drop 1/8-cup portions of pancake batter and cover the pan. Cook the pancakes for two minutes, flip, and cook for another minute.
  4. Repeat the process until all the pancakes are cooked up.
  5. Serve the pancakes immediately.

Notes

  • These pancakes can be served with syrup, fruit, or yogurt.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
