Description

A delicious syrup made with Biscoff spice for your favorite desserts and drinks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Biscoff spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stir the sugars and water together in a pot, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the biscoff spice and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla and allow to cool.
  4. Strain in a fine mesh strainer (or mesh bag) over a bowl.
  5. Pour into a jar or bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

  • This syrup can be used for drizzling on pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
