  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chai Spice Mix
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios

Instructions

  1. Prepare masala chai tea: Start by brewing your masala chai tea according to your preference and let it cool.
  2. Whip heavy cream: In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and chai spice mix until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in mascarpone: Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture until smooth.
  4. Dip cake rusks: Take each rusk and dip it into the cooled chai tea and arrange them in a serving dish.
  5. Pour chai over layers: Drizzle ¼ cup of chai over the arranged rusks, enhancing the flavor.
  6. Spread mascarpone filling: Use half of the mascarpone filling and spread it evenly over the soaked rusks.
  7. Repeat layering: Create another layer using remaining dipped cake rusks followed by more chai.
  8. Top with filling: Spread the rest of the mascarpone filling on top and smooth it out.
  9. Chill before serving: Cover the dessert and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
