Instructions
- Prepare masala chai tea: Start by brewing your masala chai tea according to your preference and let it cool.
- Whip heavy cream: In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and chai spice mix until soft peaks form.
- Fold in mascarpone: Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture until smooth.
- Dip cake rusks: Take each rusk and dip it into the cooled chai tea and arrange them in a serving dish.
- Pour chai over layers: Drizzle ¼ cup of chai over the arranged rusks, enhancing the flavor.
- Spread mascarpone filling: Use half of the mascarpone filling and spread it evenly over the soaked rusks.
- Repeat layering: Create another layer using remaining dipped cake rusks followed by more chai.
- Top with filling: Spread the rest of the mascarpone filling on top and smooth it out.
- Chill before serving: Cover the dessert and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
