- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (for bunny tails)
- 1/4 cup pink sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and shape them into bunny butt forms on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the top of each cookie into the melted chocolate and place mini marshmallows on top for bunny tails.
- Sprinkle pink sprinkles around the marshmallows for decoration.
