Description

These adorable Bunny Butt Cookies are perfect for a fun dessert that will delight kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (for bunny tails)
  • 1/4 cup pink sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and shape them into bunny butt forms on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  10. Dip the top of each cookie into the melted chocolate and place mini marshmallows on top for bunny tails.
  11. Sprinkle pink sprinkles around the marshmallows for decoration.
