- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- to taste Sour cream
- to taste Salsa
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning, mixing well to coat. Cook until heated through for about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft, about 30 seconds.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken mixture on each tortilla, topping with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
