Description

A delicious Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken and freshly grated Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups croutons
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F).
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Cut bread into cubes, toss with olive oil and garlic powder, and bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes until golden.
  5. Chop the romaine lettuce, wash, and dry thoroughly.
  6. Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl until coated.
  7. Add croutons and grated Parmesan to the salad.
  8. Top with sliced grilled chicken.
  9. Finish with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper before serving.
