Delicious buffalo chicken sliders, perfect for game day or any gathering!

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup buffalo hot sauce
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls or slider rolls
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, and blue cheese until smooth. Stir in the shredded chicken, coating it evenly.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the rolls. Layer the mozzarella slices over the chicken. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Add the buttery topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic salt. Brush the mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- These sliders are great for parties and can easily be doubled for large crowds.
- Try adding other toppings like jalapeños or more cheese for extra flavor!
