Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sauté minced garlic, paprika, cayenne, and oregano for about one minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp in a single layer; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in lemon juice and butter until melted to create a sauce.
- Serve over rice or pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
