- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, chili flakes (if using), and olive oil. Mix until just combined.
- With damp hands, divide the mixture and shape onto skewers into oval sausage-like forms. Press to secure.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
- Grill skewers 4–5 minutes per side, turning carefully, until fully cooked and lightly charred. Internal temp should reach 165°F.
- Let rest a few minutes. Garnish with dill if using, and serve hot with tzatziki, salad, or warm pita.
