Instructions
- Bake frozen French fries on a foil lined baking sheet at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy. Tip: spread fries evenly for best texture.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter then slowly whisk in 1 cup heavy cream. Tip: avoid boiling to prevent separation.
- Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella gradually, whisking until smooth, then season with garlic powder, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Tip: adjust spice slowly.
