- 200g flat rice noodles
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Cook the flat rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the delicious sauce.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. If you like it spicy, add a splash of chili oil.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for an extra touch.
